I work as a Reiki Teacher-Master, Holistic & Shamanic Healer & Mentor and guide, Breathwork Facilitator, Home Space Clearing and Feng Shui Consultant, Sound Healer, Musician, Ceremonial Facilitator.

I hold space for women and men to reconnect with their essence, clarity, and inner sovereignty.
My mission is to bridge ancient wisdom and modern modalities in ways that feel grounded, transformative, and deeply personal.

Through breath, energy, sound, and ritual, I guide multidimensional processes that support emotional clarity, energetic alignment, and embodied truth.

This work is not about fixing—it’s about remembering.

My signature offerings—Przystanek Ja (The Pause Within) and 12 Komnat (The Inner Temple: 12 Chambers of Initiation / Embodied Wisdom)—invite women into living processes of reconnection, integration, and self-leadership.

Whether we are conscious of it or not, we respond physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually to all kinds of life situations. That’s why, it is so important to always thing of ourselves 'holistically'

‘Holistic’ means ‘whole’. Rather than just addressing an immediate symptom, I, as a holistic coach and healer, look for the underlying cause of it, by considering current states of your overall health, well being and life situation. I then focus on work which is leading to restoration of your natural balance and well being on all levels.

Feng Shui reveals the relationship between yourself and your energetic environment of your home. It aims to harmonise this space to best support you in your life’s journey.

Through Feng Shui you are able to know where your home energetically supports your health, wealth and relationships and along with a Space Clearing process it energetically clears and infuses home and/ or work space with vital calmness and clarity that benefit you and your family, friends and clients. It also provides safety, grounding and removes negative energies.

I know that there is a dormant Goodness and Power, Creativity and Love in every one of us, waiting to be awaken. I help people on their path of discovery of these qualities, their uniqueness and beauty.
